SKM Media Group (SKM) created this Privacy Policy because we value the rights of our business clients and the rights of the consumers associated with SKM. This statement discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for our corporate website located at www.skmmediagroup.com, all of SKM’s various social media properties (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), and all associated and/or member SKM websites.
Due to our footprint in the B2B and B2C markets, SKM understands the unique challenges of protecting the information we collect from our business and consumer clients, associates, fans, etc. SKM respects the sensitive nature of all collected data and honors the privacy rights and wishes of our business clients and associated consumers. We use this information to send members information and announcements about SKM (e.g., newsletters, promotions, etc.) and our partners.

Member Feedback
SKM stores the feedback sent to us by business clients, associated consumers,
and members. This feedback is used to administer and refine SKM’s corporate
website, social media properties, member sites and associated services. At times
this feedback may be shared with SKM’s partners either in aggregate form
or individually with specific identifying characteristics about the Member (e.g.
email address or name) removed.

Notwithstanding anything else in this policy, SKM may also disclose personal and aggregate information when required by a valid legal mechanism such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order, or when we deem it necessary, in our sole discretion, to protect our rights and the safety of others, or our members, employees, or properties.

control with SKM, in which case SKM will require such entities to honor this
Privacy Policy. If SKM is acquired by another company, that company will obtain
the member information collected by SKM and will assume the rights and obligations

SKM gives users the opportunity, upon registration, to opt out of receiving
communications from us and from our partners, affiliates, and advertisers. You
may further opt out of certain information uses when providing information to

chosen to opt out of receiving communications from us, we reserve the right

SKM is not responsible for removing information from third-party lists or databases
